APPLICATION FORM IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA I. GENERAL INFORMATION
Under the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the “Law”), certain rights regarding the processing of personal data have been granted to personal data owners, defined as the relevant person (hereinafter referred to as the “data subject”). Pursuant to Article 13, Paragraph 1 of the Law, applications regarding these rights to our Company, as the data controller, must be submitted in writing or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (the “Board”). In this context, applications to be made to our Company in writing must be sent by registered mail with return receipt using this form.

- The application procedure has been determined as the “written” application channel pursuant to Article 13, Paragraph 1 of the Law. If the Board determines other procedures, these will also be announced to you by Bukla Mania Tourism. Applications submitted to us will be responded to “as soon as possible, and at the latest within thirty days”, depending on the nature of the request, as stipulated in Article 13, Paragraph 2 of the Law. Responses will be provided to you in accordance with the method determined by the Board.
