We depart from Istanbul at the times specified in the outbound transportation section, heading to Bafa Lake via the Osmangazi Bridge - Izmir Highway - Söke route. Your breakfast packages will be distributed along the way.
Our first stop is our guesthouse in Kapıkırı Village, located by the shores of Bafa Lake. After checking into our rooms, we take a short break to rest and prepare for our walk. Our first hike will be to the Rock Tombs.
This walk, which takes us among rock tombs on the lake and shoreline as well as the ruins of Heraklia, will take about 1.5 hours in total. There will be plenty of photo opportunities during this walk, and at the end, we’ll have lunch at the guesthouse.
After lunch, the second hike of the day begins. This walk will start at the Temple of Apollo, then pass through Kapıkırı Village, following the walls surrounding the Ancient City.
Our reward will be the lake view, Mount Latmos, and fascinating rock formations. The walk can be extended depending on the group’s wishes and time availability.
After returning to the guesthouse and taking a short rest, we head down to the lakeside. Accompanied by a view of the İkizce Islands, we watch the sunset. We are sure it will be one of the most beautiful sunsets you’ll ever see. Dinner will be served at the guesthouse.
After breakfast, we head to the village of Karahayıt, which is 3 km away. To reach the Yediler Monastery, our hike starting from the village is about 4 km and will take around 2 hours. After passing through the village, we enter a trail. The path is beautiful and includes a few steep slopes here and there. Other than that, the walk continues accompanied by opportunities for photography and scenic views of the lake and mountains.
The monastery, built in the 7th century AD, still preserves its beauty. The most remarkable artwork here is a fresco depicting Jesus and the Apostles, painted inside a rock. After spending about an hour inside the monastery, we return the same way we came.
Following lunch once again at the guesthouse, we will now enjoy the view of the lake from the water. During the boat tour to the islands, you can do some birdwatching and take photographs. You’ll be able to see many bird species such as flamingos, little egrets, pelicans, grey herons, ruddy shelducks, and many more. The scenery is equally impressive. After finishing our boat tour around 5:00 PM, we take our spot on the shore for sunset photography, just like we did yesterday.
After breakfast, we leave the guesthouse at 08:00. Throughout today's hike, we will be accompanied by the beautiful scenery of Lake Bafa.
After about 1.5 hours, we will see the frescoes in Gökkaya and then, after another 2-hour walk, arrive at the area called Kiliselik, where we will tour the church and take a break for lunch.
After the meal, we will start hiking again and walk for 2 hours towards the İkizce islands.
On the peninsula here, after exploring the Byzantine Monastery, we will follow the lakeshore and reach the guesthouse in about an hour. Those who wish may swim in the lake here. Including breaks, our hike will take 6 hours. After finishing the hike, we will set out towards Istanbul. Depending on traffic, we will arrive in Istanbul within 7 hours.

Single Difference
The difference you need to pay when you want to stay alone in the hotel room.
