Austrian Alps Tyrol and Neuschwanstein

After breakfast, we head to the famous Eng Alm Village, located in a valley among the Karwendel mountain range at an altitude of 1,270 meters. After spending some time in the village and tasting its renowned milk and yogurt, we begin the hike to Binsalm and Lamsenjochhütte, which sits at 1,953 meters. At Lamsenjochhütte, which offers accommodation for mountaineers in the Karwendel Mountains, we have lunch before descending back to the valley accompanied by magnificent views. Our hike, with a total distance of 12 kilometers round-trip, consists of half ascending and half descending and will take approximately 5–6 hours depending on the group's pace.

After breakfast, we proceed to Schlegeisspeicher (Schlegeis Lake at 1,782 meters), located at the end of the Zillertal Valley. The dam built on this glacial lake offers us quite an interesting view. After spending a short time by the lake, we begin our hike to the famous Olpererhütte, which has been serving guests at an altitude of 2,388 meters since 1881. First, we reach our initial stop, Friesenberghaus, after a 2.5-hour walk. Afterwards, we hike for another two hours to reach Olpererhütte. Facing magnificent Alpine views and looking down on Schlegeis Lake, we take our lunch break here. After the break, we start our descent on a different path. After about a 1.5-hour walk, we arrive back at the lake. We relax here for a while before returning to our hotel to rest.

After breakfast, we set off for our walk at Sallfeinersee Lake, which offers one of the most beautiful views of the Austrian Alps. After a one-hour drive, we begin our hike. Throughout our 8-kilometer route with ascents and descents, we are accompanied by views of Innsbruck city and the Alpine mountains. On the return journey, we visit Innsbruck, whose history dates back to the Stone Age and which has hosted two Winter Olympics. Here, we tour the Old Town district, home to many medieval buildings, before returning to our hotel.

After breakfast, we leave our hotel and set out towards Hallstatt, one of Austria’s most famous villages. Located at an altitude of about 500 meters, the settlement sits on the western shore of Lake Hallstatt. The village, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, houses some of the oldest salt mines in world history. Hallstatt is also renowned for the Michael Chapel, which holds over 1,200 skulls, the Dachstein Ice Caves, and the much-photographed Christ Church. After our Hallstatt tour, we head to Obersalzberg, Hitler’s mountain retreat known as the 'Eagle’s Nest.' After leaving Obersalzberg, we continue to Munich. Once we settle into our hotel, we take a short city tour and then allow free time for dinner in the evening.

After breakfast, we take a Munich city tour until our flight around 18:30. The main highlights of our tour include the city gates such as Isartor, Marienplatz—the area where criminals were executed and duels took place in the past—City Halls and St. Peter's Church, Frauenkirche, the National Theatre, Max-Joseph Square, and Maximilian Street. After our tour, we proceed to the airport, bid farewell to our guests, and say goodbye until the next Bukla Tour trip.
