After meeting at Rize Airport at 10:00, we set off by car towards Barhal Village in the Yusufeli district of Artvin. With a lunch break on the way, we arrive in Barhal after a journey of about 5 hours.
After checking into the hotel, we take some time to rest, and then, for those interested, we'll visit the nearby Barhal Georgian Church. Our goal is the small chapel across the valley, from where you can see all of Barhal and its surroundings. After leaving the church, we return to our hotel.
After breakfast, we begin our tour. First, we will arrive at Amanesket Plateau after about a one-hour drive.
After a short walk on a dirt road, we enter the trail that ascends towards the lake. Following a walk of about 1.5–2 hours, we reach Karagöl at an altitude of 2,700 meters. The hike up to this point is a steady, moderate ascent. Depending on the weather, we will take a swimming break at the lake before heading toward Satibe Ridge. The trail flattens out after descending a little from the lake toward the ridge. We will reach the ridge after a one-hour walk. This spot is a ridge atop a hill surrounded by forests, with views of Altıparmak Mountain. The lack of trees on the ridge adds a distinct beauty.
After a pleasant and flat walk, we will head left into the forest. Walking along the forest trail is especially enjoyable. After a half-hour descent through the forest, we will once again see Amanesket Plateau. We will take a mostly flat walk toward the plateau. After a short photo break in the plateau, we will meet our vehicle again and return to our hotel.
After breakfast, we leave our hotel and head to Olgunlar Plateau. Then, we begin our hike. From the very start, we walk uphill toward Naletleme Pass. Our first break will be at Dibe Plateau, at an altitude of 2400 meters. Later, we'll have another short break at Dibe Düzü. After that, we continue hiking along the trail toward Naletleme Pass. The pass sits at 3400 meters and marks the border separating Rize from Artvin.
After having our packed lunch here, we start descending toward the Black Sea Lake. Before reaching the lake, we'll pass along the edge of Acı Lake and then ascend to Kavrun Pass. After this 15-minute climb, we'll take a break by the Small Lake at 2800 meters, enjoying views of Mezovit Peak and Kemerli Kaçkar Mountain. This place is also known as the Çegnovit Lakes. Afterwards, we descend along the path and arrive at Kavrun Plateau at 2200 meters, where we check into our hotel.
After breakfast, we will leave our hotel and head towards the region’s oldest and most tranquil plateaus.
After about a 45-minute drive, we arrive at Samistal Plateau, known as one of the oldest plateaus in the area, where every house is built of stone and sits at 2,500 meters altitude. On this plateau, the only sounds you will hear are the stream and the grazing herds of cattle and sheep. After a short photo break, we'll walk along a historic path to Hazindak Plateau.
This part of the hike is easy and flat. Massive stone steps placed on the trail by human hands and icy springs will accompany us along the way. At the end of our walk, we'll be greeted by Hazindak Plateau, famous for its wooden architecture. Hazindak is a small, charming, and well-preserved plateau set atop a hill where four plateau paths meet. After a lunch break here, we will continue our walk toward Pokut Plateau. Following about a two-hour walk, we arrive at Pokut and enjoy its breathtaking scenery. On one side you see the sea, on the other Kaçkar; if luck is on our side, a sea of clouds and mountaintop islets rising above the clouds. Surrounded by a pristine, ancient forest, Pokut is a place you will never tire of. During a break with a view in Pokut, we’ll surprise you with special treats. After exploring and enjoying the plateau, we enter the forest between the plateau houses and, with a short walk, reach Sal Plateau. A half-hour, flat walk through the woods between these two plateaus adds a unique beauty to your day. The wide grassy area at the front and the row of plateaus houses at the back present a distinct charm. And especially, sitting on the bench on top of Sal, taking in the scenery and breathing the fresh air—is a truly unforgettable experience that’s hard to describe. After our time in Sal Plateau comes to an end, we meet up with our vehicle and settle into our hotel in Mollaveyis Village.
After two challenging hikes, today we’re taking a break. Following breakfast, we spend some time relaxing at the hotel before heading to lunch. After the meal, we go to Ortan Village to begin our hike from Ortan Village to Makrevis Village.
We leave the hotel and, after crossing the Çinçiva Bridge, soon take the road to Ortan Village, which is about a 10-minute drive. As soon as we enter Ortan Village, we are greeted by magnificent mansions. We walk through the entire village accompanied by gardens and mansions. After leaving Ortan, we make a short climb through the forest and enter the Makravis trail. Passing by the Hacaloğlu Mansion, we complete about an hour-long walk, reach the end of the trail, and return to our hotel.
After a short rest, we will hike from Mollaveyis Village, where our hotel is located, to Çinçiva Village (Şenyuva). The entire route is inside a forest, surrounded by chestnut, linden, and spruce trees. After a 45-minute walk, we arrive at the Zizna region and visit the historic mansions.
Then we leave Zizna and continue our hike. Trekking along forest paths to Çinçiva Bridge takes about another 1 hour and 15 minutes, completing the first stage of the day. After taking a group photo on the historic Çinçiva Bridge, we return once again to our hotel.
After breakfast, the final day of our tour begins.
Tar Valley & Bulut Waterfall
After some free time at the hotel we set out towards Tar Valley, the highest-flowing valley in Turkey, located on the route from Kaçkar National Parks to Ayder. We walk along the stream inside the valley, hiking 2 km up and 2 km down. After an easy walk of about 45 minutes, we reach Bulut Waterfall. After a break here, we return along the same path, with the return being a little shorter. Once we arrive back in Çamlıhemşin, we depart for Rize Airport. Around 18:00, we arrive at Rize Airport and bid you farewell until we meet again on another Bukla Tour.

Air Transport: Flight costs are not included in our prices. All ticket and flight-related responsibilities belong to the participant. Please purchase your tickets in refundable and changeable classes. For tour transportation details, please refer to the Departure Transportation and Return Transportation sections in the tour program.
Land Transport: For our domestic and international tours, we use minibuses that are most suitable for terrain conditions. Our vehicles are air-conditioned and regularly maintained. In cases where there are fewer participants, passenger cars may be used. In some situations, our guides may drive the vehicles.
Extra Transfers: If you cannot find a suitable flight and need to arrive at a different time than the group, any required transfers are subject to extra charges. These transfers can be done with our contracted vehicles or taxis. Any transfer that falls outside the tour program is considered extra.
Note: Children aged 0-2 travel for free but do not have seats in the transfer vehicles. They travel on a parent's lap (if the tour is full and vehicles are not available).

- Single Accommodation
First of all, due to the limited availability of facilities in Black Sea tours, situations beyond our control may occur for single accommodations.
Unless otherwise stated and unless the single accommodation supplement is paid, individuals joining our tours alone will be placed in a room with someone of the same gender.
Participants who do not wish to be matched with someone of the same gender and do not wish to pay the single supplement will need to pay the single supplement if a match cannot be found.
Participants who prefer to stay alone in a room by paying the single supplement will be provided with single accommodation according to facility availability and booking order. However, this situation may vary from facility to facility. That is, you may stay alone for one night but may need to be matched on another, and this sometimes cannot be foreseen in advance. In this case, the fee for any night you cannot stay alone will be refunded.
- Insurance: Bukla Tur is required by law to obtain mandatory insurance against non-performance of services; additional accident and travel insurance can be arranged upon request for an extra fee.
- Free infants 0-2 years: Infants up to 3 years old are free of charge. However, please confirm whether our tours are suitable for infants. No beds are provided for infants.
- Child Discount for Ages 3-8: A maximum of one child discount is applied per family. The discounted child must stay in the same room as a parent. A bed will be provided.
- Tour Cancellation Conditions: All information regarding tour cancellation conditions can be found in the Package Tour Agreement. Everyone who registers for the tour is considered to have accepted the package tour agreement.
- Flight Tickets: If our tours do not reach the minimum required number of participants and are canceled, all risks and responsibilities related to tickets purchased by the consumer or by our company on behalf of the consumer belong to the consumer. The relevant consumer(s) have no right to objection or compensation. Therefore, we recommend purchasing refundable tickets. Our company can, with the consumer’s approval, transfer their registration to another tour with sufficient capacity and on the same dates, where their flight tickets can be used.
- Requests outside the scope of the package tour: Some guests, due to misunderstandings, may have claims based on promises made outside the scope of the tour package. Sometimes these requests are presented even though it is not possible to fulfill them. We do not go beyond the package program for anything not given in writing.
- Tour Merging & Tour Change: If our tours do not reach sufficient numbers, and you accept, your tour may be merged with another confirmed tour. It is your responsibility to review the new tour and decide if it suits you. By agreeing, you accept the following conditions.
- The program and conditions of the new tour you join will apply.
- The destinations visited on the new tour may differ, and the level of difficulty may be easier or harder.
- Accommodation service and accommodation type may differ.
- Transportation options and flight times may differ,
- The tour program may start in reverse order based on hotel availability. The order of the days may change.
- Conditions: Because Bukla offers dynamic tours, guides have the right to make arrangements and changes to the tour program that do not affect the general flow or package content, due to reasons such as weather conditions, injury, illness, equipment malfunction, permits, or group composition. Participants may exercise their right of withdrawal in the event of a substantial change to the tour program. In this case, TURSAB Kütahya Schedule rules will apply.
- Law No. 1618: Tour services cannot be provided by any person or institution other than TURSAB-member travel agencies. Especially do not trust pages opened on social media and do not become complicit in illegal acts. Associations, schools, companies, individuals, guides, clubs, foundations cannot organize tours. It is a criminal offense that contradicts the laws.
BUKLA-MANIA TOURISM TRAVEL AGENCY PACKAGE TOUR CONTRACT
1- PARTIES AND SUBJECT: This contract has been concluded in accordance with Law No. 6502 and the Package Tour Contract Regulation, between Bukla Tourism and Trade Ltd. Company (hereinafter referred to as Bukla Tur), located at Esentepe Mah, Büyükdere Cad 175/7 Şişli, İstanbul, and the consumer who purchases the service. The contract becomes valid upon reservation request via distant means such as phone, email, message, or electronically.

This contract, voucher, and brochure can be sent remotely with a permanent data storage device and the employment relationship can be established in this way. The contract and information made with the consumer are deemed to have been made with all consumers represented by the party and their representatives. Bukla Tur cannot be held responsible for faulty or incomplete consumer information.
2- BUKLA TUR'S RESPONSIBILITIES: The subject of this contract covers the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and performance of the service, whose characteristics and sales price are specified below, sold electronically by Bukla Tur to the consumer, and in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers - Regulation on the Principles and Procedures for the Implementation of Distance Contracts. Bukla Tur is responsible to the consumer if the contracted service is defective. According to Law 1618, Bukla Tur takes out Mandatory Travel Insurance for consumers within the scope of the package tour. In case of baggage loss or damage due to the gross negligence of Bukla Tur; provided that the consumer has made Bukla Tur issue a loss or damage report, regardless of the material and moral value or other qualified features of the items inside the baggage, half (1/2) of the transportation portion of the service fee will be paid by Bukla Tur to the consumer as compensation for the lost items and luggage. Bukla Tur is liable up to the transportation fee for loss, theft, or damage of items declared in writing and delivered together with their values. Except for cases arising after the start of the service due to force majeure, or for which the consumer or third party is responsible, or due to violations or negligence caused by the air/land carrier, Bukla Tur is responsible for any reason within this contract that disrupts the provision of the service. In situations within Bukla Tur's liability, compensation to the consumer may be provided in the form of a refund or provision of a substitute service, pursuant to the provisions of the TÜRSAB KÜTAHYA TABLE. If additional or substitute services have been received, used, or consumed by the consumer, the consumer’s rights to a refund or compensation will be forfeited.
3- CONSUMER'S RESPONSIBILITIES The consumer declares that they have read and acknowledged all pre-contractual information regarding the product or service, its characteristics, sales price, and method of payment, and has given the necessary confirmation electronically. After the fulfillment of the contract, if the bank or financial institution does not pay Bukla Tur for the service due to unauthorized and unlawful use of the credit card used by the consumer not caused by Bukla Tur's fault, the consumer will be responsible for the disputed service fee and all damages, together with the statutory interest accruing from the date of reservation. With this contract, the consumer acknowledges that all matters regarding flights, passports, visas, and baggage, unless otherwise stated, are their responsibility; that they must comply with the laws and customs applicable to the facility where they will be staying and the vehicle they will be traveling in; that they will comply with the rules announced by guides, the facility, and Bukla Tur officials regarding the purchased service; that they will not endanger the life and property safety of third parties; that they will not behave in a manner that disrupts the order of the group and the tour; that they will follow the warnings and instructions of the guide, otherwise Bukla Tur will not fulfill the contract service and the consumer will not have the right to a refund for this reason; that the consumer will pay for all extra food and beverages, personal expenses, and all goods and services outside the tour program; that in the event they terminate the use of the service claiming it is defective, they are obliged to notify the reason for termination in writing to Bukla Tur officials and the hotel, otherwise it will be considered that the service was used; The consumer accepts, declares, and undertakes all the above. Consumers who did not sign the contract but participated in the service subject to the contract are deemed to have accepted and undertaken the contract provisions by having the participant(s) they authorized for registration read and sign this contract. Child discounts apply when staying as the third or fourth person in the same room as their parents. Free children will not have a bed in the hotel or a seat in the vehicle. Bukla Tur tours are sold excluding flights. Accordingly, Bukla Tur is not responsible for the cancellation, change, or refund of flight tickets purchased in the name of the participant or purchased by the participant. The participant is responsible for purchasing flight tickets in refundable and changeable flexible classes, checking flight times, and following up on changes. For domestic and international tours, the consumer undertakes to pay 30% of the total tour price to Bukla Tur at the time of reservation. Making a reservation renders the collection of this 30% due. In some cases, Bukla Tur may make some reservations on behalf of the consumer based on mutual trust before payment is collected. These reservations may be non-cancellable or partially refundable. In this case, the consumer accepts and undertakes that Bukla Tur's receivable arising from cancellation and change becomes due. The consumer also acknowledges and declares that they will pay the full tour price before the start of the tour. For early reservation purchases, the consumer is obligated to pay the full service fee on the reservation date. For products and services specially prepared for the consumer; the balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the service. If payment is not made within the specified periods, in addition to the payments made for the product, 30% of the total offer for the product and service will be invoiced to the consumer as a cancellation fee.
4. FORCE MAJEURE, TERMINATION, TRANSFER AND WITHDRAWAL: If Bukla Tur terminates the contract unjustly, Bukla Tur will refund all payments made to the consumer up to that date. In the event of termination due to the number of registered consumers not reaching the necessary number for the organization of the Package Tour, or if, despite Bukla Tur's best efforts, force majeure prevents the start or continuation of the service, the consumer has no right to compensation. Bukla Tur may, for justified reasons, change the order of places to be visited and the schedule of days, provided the content, quality, and nature of the tour subject to service do not change. In this case, the consumer has no right to objection or compensation. The consumer may transfer this contract, provided all conditions for the package tour are met and upon written notice, to a third party up to 7 days before the start of the tour. All responsibilities of the assignor transfer to the assignee. Date change requests by the consumer are considered a termination.
Domestic Tours; If the consumer terminates the contract at least 14 days before the start of the service, all fees paid, except for expenses arising from taxes, charges, and similar obligations, will be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days in advance, no refund will be made and the tour price will become due. In case of cancellations less than 14 days before the start of the tour, illness or death of the consumer or first-degree relatives not existing at the time of reservation and which prevents them from engaging in their usual occupation for 10 days, when proven by an official board report from a fully equipped Turkish State Hospital and submitted in writing before the start of the service, constitutes an exception. The consumer is insured for this situation and must submit their claim directly to the insurance company. Refund requests and evaluations are carried out by the insurance company. Bukla Tur has no involvement in this regard.
For International Tours and Special Products; For international tours or special products prepared or ordered for individuals, companies, schools, families, friends, etc. groups at the consumer's request; if canceled 90 days or more before the start date of the tour, all payments will be refunded except for deposit amount and expenses arising from taxes, charges, and similar obligations. If terminated 59-30 days before, the consumer agrees, declares, and undertakes to pay 50% of the service fee, and if less than 30 days, to pay the full amount to Bukla Tur. No changes or cancellations can be made for early reservation, promotion, official holiday, and festival period tours.
The consumer can transfer the service to anyone they wish up to 7 days before the start of the service. The transferee is jointly responsible with the transferor for all expenses arising from the balance and the reason for transfer. The consumer is obliged to submit all termination/transfer requests to Bukla Tur in writing before the start of the service. If the consumer does not notify in writing that they will participate in the service they missed at the start, Bukla Tur has the right to cancel all reservations and services made in the name of the consumer and terminate the Contract 24 hours later. In such cases, no refund will be made to the consumer. If the consumer notifies within 24 hours from the service start that they will participate in the service again, any price differences arising from transportation services shall be paid by the consumer. The participant may withdraw from the package tour contract without penalty if any of the essential elements of the contract change, participate in an equivalent tour, or join a cheaper tour by receiving a refund. In case of withdrawal from the contract, the refund is made within 14 days. If the consumer does not accept these changes or cancellations for justified reasons, they have the right to cancel their reservation or, if in an ongoing package tour, to give written notice, terminate the package tour and request a refund for the unused service. The package tour price may be changed by notifying the participant at least 20 days in advance due to changes in exchange rates, extraordinary increases in fuel costs, or increases in legal obligations such as tax or fees. During the service, Bukla Tur may change the names of hotels and transportation vehicles within the service scope, the departure points of vehicles, and the order of visits of the places to be visited with their equivalents; no compensation right arises for the consumer due to these changes.
5. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS: If one or more provisions of this Contract are deemed void for any reason, the other provisions of the Contract will remain unaffected and in force. The consumer consents to receiving information about services, advertisements, announcements, campaigns, and activities regarding the brands operated by Bukla Tourism and Trade Ltd. Company, their suppliers, and partner organizations, via email, SMS, and similar methods. If the consumer wishes to cancel their consent, they undertake to inform Bukla Tur to terminate notifications. Turkish Law shall apply to all disputes arising from the enforcement of this Contract, and Istanbul European Courts and Execution Offices shall have jurisdiction. This contract, consisting of five (5) items, has been prepared in Times New Roman font, 12 points.
This contract has been provided together with the voucher and brochure, which are given before signing and contain all information about the services to be provided, the nature and performance, such as the destination of the Package Tour included in the subject of this contract, duration of stay, included items in the price, places to visit, payment terms, transportation, accommodation and meal details, total price, currency, payment plan, sales price, and special requests.

Flight Tickets
Our tours are sold without flight tickets. Please do not buy flight tickets before the tour is confirmed or we have not confirmed it. If you want to buy flight tickets in advance, please buy them from the refundable and changeable class. We remind you that all responsibility for flight tickets belongs to you.
Single Difference
The difference you need to pay when you want to stay alone in the hotel room. This difference is not requested by Bukla Tour, but by the hotels, and generally the full cost of the second person's accommodation. All single room requests are adjusted according to the availability of the hotels, but are not guaranteed.
Special Tours
Other names are Closed Groups. These are tours prepared according to your requests and requests, or tours prepared by changing existing tours. We can prepare tours for you according to the number of people you want, at the date you want, at the place you want, and only for you.
Cash Installment
This is a payment method where the cash price of the tour is divided into 3 fixed installments. In this method, your information is taken with the mail order form, and when the day comes, you are expected to make the installment by bank transfer. If you do not pay the installment, the payment is made by adding the overdue fee to your credit card.
